Kevin Nahai says no one is going to clean up your messes for you! The goal is to mess your kids less than your parents messed you up! He’s a coach, writer, speaker, and mentor who helps his clients through relationship, self-esteem, and body image issues. After suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and Chron's disease in college, he developed anorexia for three years and ended up in a series of toxic relationships. All of this caused him to consider taking his own life. Now he lives to help others.
